Those terms applies to the creator, further called SELLER or ARTIST and person or institution, further called CUSTOMER or CLIENT purchasing from Seller a work of art further called a PRODUCT or a COMMISSION.By ordering a Product from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
● By placing a commission you are confirming that you are above the age of 18.
● You are also confirming that any funds you would provide for your commission is yours to use.
● Prices are subject to change based on demand.
● I reserve the right to deny any request whether it is due to artistic incompatibility, lack of slots, or any undisclosed reason.PAYMENT
● Currency is €/Euro and can be paid through PayPal or bank transfer.
● Don't send me any payment before I have requested you to send me the payment.PAYMENT PLANS
● Artist offers payment plans on ALL COMMISSIONS that total above 80€.
● If a payment plan is offered, the artist will not hand over any work until payment has been made in full.
● If for any reason you find yourself unable to pay in a reasonable time PLEASE NOTIFY THE ARTIST. They will be willing to work with you on a timeline.PROCESS & DELIVERY
● The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 6 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other works ,ect.
● Once the piece is finished, you will receive the mid-resolution image watermarked and full-resolution unmarked when payment is completed.
● Note that there is NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT.REVISIONS
● You get 3 rounds of changes on commissioned pieces included in the price.
● A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from their side has been made.
● If you wish for the seller to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, they will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the amount and types of changes you want the seller to make.CANCELLATION POLICIES
● Cancellations will only be permitted if :
- The seller is unable to complete the request
OR
- Work has not been started yet. If work has been started, a partial refund is possible, depending on how much was completed.
PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
● The Product received by the client is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be discusted beforehand with the Seller.
● The customer DOES NOT hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
● In addition, the customer DOES NOT hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.PAYMENTS
● The customer accepts that work on any Product will not commence until payment has been received by the seller .
● On orders above 80€, the customer has the option of a split-payment.
● If the customer agrees to a split-payment , they pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid between the start of the work and the approval of the final piece(s).
● Customer accepts that Product will not be delivered if payment is not completed in full.PRODUCT DELIVERY
● The client agrees that the Product will be delivered digitally, to either the email address or other ways provided by the customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
● It is sole responsibility of the customer to propose a delivery method which works for both parties. The artist cannot be held accountable for the client's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.
● Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.REVISIONS

● Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small details.

● A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from their side has been made.REFUND POLICY
● Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within 6 months.
● These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason .CANCELLATIONS
● Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
● Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

● Customer accepts that product will not be delivered if payment is not completed in full.PRODUCT DELIVERY

● Customer has the right to edit any design(s) after purchase, but NOT the art directly. If you would like to edit the art, you must contact the artist to get permission.
● If the customer wishes for the seller to edit the design, customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after purchase, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small details. Any major edits will be subject to a 10€ fee.REFUND POLICY
● Refunds are not available for Adoptables sales.
● The Seller is not responsible for refunds when a design is acquired through illegal purposes (I.E a design being stolen by a third party, and then sold to the customer). It is the customer's responsibility to be sure that the sale is legitimate.
● This means, that once the design is out of the seller's hand, it is no long the Seller's responsibility.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
● The Product received by Customer is personnal use . Any purposes of using it commercially or reselling it must be discused with the artist.
